Connect with a Lender: Getting connected with a reputable lender, to get pre-qualified, is one of the first steps in making a home purchase. Time to Shop: Once you’re pre-approved, I’ll be able to target homes that meet your priorities, in your price range.

Submit an Offer: Once you have found the right home, I’ll submit an offer and negotiate the best terms and conditions on your behalf.

Inspection Period: Getting a home inspection is a must. This will help evaluate the current condition of the home, as well as determine if the home will need any repairs. During this time, it will be your chance to do your due diligence (i.e. find quotes for repairs, contractor recommendations, or even neighborhood-specific information to make sure you want to live in that particular area).

Final Walkthrough: Prior to your close of escrow date, you will walk through the home to make sure all repairs are completed and the house is in the same condition (if not better) as when you submitted your offer.

Closing: You’ll review and sign all closing documents at the title company. Once the title has officially been recorded in your name, I will personally deliver your new keys!
