Overview of the Selling Process

  1. Consultation: Discuss your goals and determine a course of action. During this time, I’ll complete a full market analysis and go over comparable properties to select a competitive price.
  2. Marketing Strategy: I’ll execute a marketing plan devised specifically for you and your home. This strategy will include professional photography, digital marketing, video marketing, open houses, agent networking, direct mail marketing, and any other necessary tactics. Each marketing strategy is personalized for each property and target buyer demographic.
  3. Show Time: Make sure to prepare your home for showings, before it goes on the market. This may include furnishing your home through staging or even touch-ups and repairs.
  4. Seal the Deal: Once an offer has been made by a buyer and presented to you, I’ll negotiate on your behalf the price, as well as terms and conditions, keeping your goals in mind.
  5. Escrow Process: During the escrow process, there are several obstacles to maneuver. I have the knowledge and expertise to navigate you through the lender process, home inspection and inspection repair processes.
  6. Closing Day: I’ll help you review the closing statement and guide you to the appropriate professionals to answer any remaining questions or concerns you have.
